FRAEZEN – high-end bike parts made in Germany

Stylish, durable and "punched-tested" - that's what we stand for with FRAEZEN. We've had enough of broken stems, worn out chainrings and bent, knocked-out derailleur cages.

Instead, we use our experience from countless races, party laps and trail rides and let it flow into the development of our bike parts.

All products are manufactured in Leutkirch im Allgäu using the latest milling technology, which is also used in the medical sector. We don't offer soulless, colorful me-too products with expensive price tags, but real innovations. Only when our prototypes meet our personal requirements and have been tested under real conditions, such as in the Enduro World Series (EWS), are they ready for production. We take the time to optimize every detail: Whether it's the finer points of the tooth profile of our BLATT chainrings or the selection of the right raw material for the in-house produced screws of the stem, we leave nothing to chance. We save weight where it makes sense, use reinforcements where they are necessary, and thus ensure that you get exactly what you expect for your money: high-end for your mountain bike. For example, with the BLOCK Stem we deliberately do without titanium screws so as not to have to compromise on durability.

Because our entire team is in close contact and consists of passionate professionals, we are able to produce working samples and prototypes in the shortest possible time. In this way, our spirit of development is not slowed down by long supply chain problems, bottlenecks or expensive freight costs. For us, development, production and testing go hand in hand. When we have an idea, we can quickly conceive and design prototypes and have them manufactured in our production facility at HERRMANN GmbH in Leutkirch. We do not stoically design at the drawing board, but develop, test and evaluate in an agile manner. In this way, we can guarantee that every single FRAEZEN product meets the very highest standards. In addition to our team riders, we naturally also listen to the input of our customers.

From the custom link for mullet setup and more progression on the rear end to stem lengths tailored to the fork offset, we are pleased that our philosophy is reaching more and more mountain bikers and our products are helping many riders to tailor their bikes exactly to their own to vote for preferences. We have no minimum order quantities - you will receive each of our products in a sustainably produced jute bag including a swag.
